As part of the latest legal changes for commercial buildings on July 1st 2008, A-Rating are registered with Sustainable Energy Ireland to provide a full and accurate energy assessment of your commercial building. After 1st January 2009 all residential dwellings being leased or sold will require a Residential Building Energy Rating.
